JUBILEE Ministries is the special needs ministry of BCF.  We purpose to make the Gospel of Jesus Christ accessible to every person.  We provide interpreters for the Hearing Impaired during Sunday and Wednesday services.  We also have a class for children challenged with special needs.  Come and see us in our Pathway of Promise classroom.
